Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Loans Advisor to join our team at LendX Financial Inc. As a Loans Advisor, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, assisting clients with financial objectives, and completing credit and loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve or reject loan applications based on client creditworthiness and loan requirements
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by proposing solutions for debt management, investment, and business expansion
  • Complete and review credit and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Interview loan applicants to assess their creditworthiness and loan requirements
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking services
  • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts and forward them for collector action
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services to clients
  • Review and update credit and loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
