About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Representative to join our team at Payday Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Review and Approval

Review and evaluate loan applications, making informed decisions to approve or reject them.

Credit and Loan Documentation

Prepare and complete credit and loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Customer Interviews

Conduct thorough interviews with loan applicants to assess their financial status and creditworthiness.

Account Management

Open new personal and non-personal accounts, providing access to automated banking services and ensuring seamless customer experience.

Delinquent Account Management

Prepare statements on delinquent accounts, working closely with customers to resolve outstanding issues.

Sales and Promotion

Promote the sale of credit and loan services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Financial Analysis

Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, credit history, and ability to repay loans.

File Management

Review and update credit and loan files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Application Submission

Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, and organized, with strong judgement and teamwork skills.
