Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team at Payday Shop. As a Financial Services Specialist, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, completing credit and loan documentation, and interviewing applicants for loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve or reject loan applications based on creditworthiness and financial stability
  • Complete credit and loan documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Interview loan applicants to assess their financial situation and credit history
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking services
  • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts and promote the sale of credit and loan services
  • Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loans
  • Review and update credit and loan files, and submit applications to management for approval

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
