About the Role

The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance and support to business clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources best practices, including compensation, benefits, employment law, organizational development, talent development, and training. You will be responsible for scaling the application of HR generalist disciplines to positively impact Stantec's culture of performance and safety.

You will work collaboratively with functions such as HR service representatives, talent acquisition, and other teams to communicate, facilitate, and present HR programs and initiatives to client groups. Additionally, you will have some fun while doing it

We are looking for someone who is resilient, pragmatic, adaptable, and a team player. Your counsel should be logical, analytical, and strategic.
