Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and Supervise Staff: Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, preparation methods, and customer service standards.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for food service staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
