Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leasing Consultant/Assistant Financial Service Manager to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles to our customers, while also providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth sales transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team-building activities to stay informed and motivated.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as service and parts, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Valid OMVIC registration.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
