Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth initiatives and lead key client relationships in our Real Estate Finance division. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that meet or exceed business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute business development plans to achieve significant revenue generation from sales and syndications.
  • Provide strategic input into business decisions and make recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on a deep understanding of the market, industry verticals, and client needs.
  • Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
  • Develop business cases by identifying needs, analyzing options, and assessing expected return on investment.
  • Recommend business priorities, advise on resource requirements, and develop roadmaps for strategic execution.
  • Manage the risk of complex portfolios in a timely and precise manner.
