About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing & CRM Lead to join our team at Valtech. As a key member of our digital agency, you'll be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with our clients' business goals
  • Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Set up and manage CRM systems, including Salesforce, Klaviyo, and Hubspot
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management
  • Deep understanding of inbound methodology and buyer personas
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with Google Analytics
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current email marketing trends and best practices
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions
