Job Description

Job Title: Association, Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and adoption of Lone Wolf's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Professional Services, Support, and Sales, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet business objectives and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales/customer success experience in the real estate industry, preferably with associations and/or MLS.
  • BA or BS degree preferred or a solid combination of education and industry experience.
