Job Title: Drywall Finisher

ANG Drywall Inc. is seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team. As a Drywall Finisher, you will be responsible for applying successive coats of compound and sanding seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish.

Work Setting

This is a commercial and residential drywall installation position that requires working in various locations. You will be working with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets.
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry.
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound.
