Job Title: Drywall Finisher

ANG Drywall Inc. is seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team. As a Drywall Finisher, you will be responsible for applying successive coats of compound and sanding seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish.

Work Setting

Our Drywall Finisher will work in various locations, including commercial and residential settings. You will be required to measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets, as well as fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
