$74,900 - $102,800 per annum, based on experience



Job Description:


The Analyst – Workforce Pro (Training) role involves developing components of end-user training for UKG Pro WFM, coordinating and overseeing training activities and trainers, as well as training documentation. This position requires collaboration with HR Systems and Scheduling Manager Leads, and Change Management to ensure successful implementation for leaders and all staff.


This role is temporary until June 2025 and involves working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of scheduling software, including Kronos ESP/WTK, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline, health informatics, adult education, organizational development, or equivalent program, and/or relevant work experience.
  • Experience with using Kronos ESP/WTK scheduling software
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and must have the ability and willingness to learn Project, Visio, Captivate, and Access and other computer-based learning tools as necessary.
  • Experience with development of training documentation and curriculum building, including documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Technical writing skills
  • Experience working in a large complex healthcare organization is an asset
  • Highly skilled in working with diverse stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization and building an equitable and inclusive workplace
