Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Territory Manager to join our Saskatchewan team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring in-office engagements during key times throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for regenerative agriculture, extensive knowledge of the Saskatchewan agriculture market, and a strong background in managing a B2C sales portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Director of Sales, providing daily updates on performance metrics, pipeline status, and key sales activities during standing meetings, ensuring clarity on expectations and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the Saskatchewan market and achieve revenue goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local growers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Organize and lead grower meetings, field demonstrations, and direct farm visits.
  • Educate stakeholders on the benefits and applications of AdvancedAg's product suite.
  • Attend and represent AdvancedAg at Saskatchewan-based trade shows and industry events.
  • Build and support a network of dealers and distributors in Alberta.
  • Provide technical support for product applications and equipment installations.
  • Manage sales operations, including product deliveries and account receivables.
  • Monitor market trends in Saskatchewan to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
  • Regularly update the CRM to reflect current sales opportunities, leads, and progress in alignment with AdvancedAg's data management protocols.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years managing a B2C sales portfolio, preferably in agriculture.
  • Must reside in Saskatchewan.

Estimated Salary Range
$85,000 - $120,000 (based on experience), bonuses based on sales goals, and vehicle allowance.
