Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Alberta LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for appointments, meetings, and events to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Information Filing Systems: Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized information filing systems to facilitate efficient retrieval of data and documents.
  • CORRESPONDENCE AND DOCUMENTATION: Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that all necessary information is included and formatted correctly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas, and responding to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Compilation: Gather, compile, and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MS Office Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in MS Office applications to effectively manage tasks, create reports, and maintain databases.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and minimize errors.
