To meet the diverse needs of our clients, we operate as independent shoring and foundations contractors or offer a comprehensive service package that includes excavation and shoring, foundations, and civils through our in-house group. Our services encompass conventional drilling, CFA piling, displacement piling, micro-piles anchors, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with site Superintendents to maintain daily production and ensure high levels of safety awareness.
  • Manage and maintain drill rigs within the limitations of the manufacturer's policy and guidelines.
  • Train and mentor crew members on the fundamentals of building our work.
  • Develop and implement project-specific safety plans in collaboration with the Organization's policy and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to set expectations for starting and ending shifts, as well as crew performance executed safely.
  • Participate in team building and social events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Take advantage of training, development, and mentorship opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Foundation Piling/Drilling/CFA experience is required.
  • Considered an asset: Foundation Drilling or Piling Experience, Safety Training, or Engineering Training.
