We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFA Foreman to join our team at Hall Constructors. As a CFA Foreman, you will play a critical role in the success of our foundation drilling and shoring projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the CFA crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Plan and execute CFA operations, including drilling, piling, and shoring, in accordance with project specifications and company policies.
- Collaborate with the site superintendent and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
- Manage and maintain drill rigs and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working condition and that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit reports, including daily logs, safety reports, and project progress reports, to management and clients.
- Train and mentor junior crew members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CFA operations, including drilling, piling, and shoring.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Foundation piling/drilling/CFA experience is required.
- Considered an asset: Foundation drilling or piling experience, safety training, and engineering training.
