Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of the drilling and shoring crew, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Develop and implement effective work plans, taking into account site-specific conditions and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the site Superintendent to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain drill rigs and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and compliant with manufacturer's guidelines.
- Develop and implement training programs for crew members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Monitor and report on crew performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in foundation drilling and shoring, with a strong background in CFA operations.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of crew members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
