About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFA Foreman to join our team at Hall Shoring & Foundations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our drilling and shoring crew, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the drilling and shoring crew, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Develop and implement effective work plans, taking into account site-specific conditions and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the site Superintendent to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain drill rigs and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and compliant with manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Develop and implement training programs for crew members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on crew performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in foundation drilling and shoring, with a strong background in CFA operations.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of crew members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
