**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler/Care Coordinator to join our team at Hero Home Care.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling of caregivers, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • ">
  • Manage the scheduling of caregivers to meet the needs of clients and caregivers">
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner">
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, caregivers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations">
  • Monitor and manage client information, including their care plans and preferences">
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to ensure adequate staffing levels and high-quality caregiver performance">
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers through timely responses, clear communication, and empathy">
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and service provided by Hero Home Care">
  • Perform other related duties as required to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of the organization">

**Requirements**

">

The ideal candidate will possess:

">
  • ">
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Medical Office Administration or a related field of study">
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling caregivers, HCAs, community workers or nurses">
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines">
  • Proficiency in software and online tools used in the scheduling process">
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team">
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends">

**Work Environment**

">

This is a full-time position working 5 days (40 hours) a week with shift timings: 7:00am – 3:30 or 12:30 – 9:00pm. Shift rotations may be applicable as per operational needs.

**Compensation and Benefits**

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 – $50,000 per year with additional Bonus Pay, along with benefits such as Casual dress, Extended health care, On-site parking, Paid time off, Wellness program.
