We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our Home Support team in Vancouver, BC. As a Scheduler, you will coordinate and schedule Community Health Workers (Home Support Workers) in accordance with established policies and procedures, client care plans, and applicable collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule Community Health Workers (Home Support Workers)
  • Report to the Home Support Services Manager or Coordinator
  • Perform outside of work on-call duties

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 with coursework in healthcare, computer training, and scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Proven proficient computer skills
  • Physical and mental ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work
  • Ability to work under pressure
