At Movati Athletic, we're committed to delivering an exceptional member experience. As a Member Experience Associate, you'll play a vital role in promoting outstanding customer service practices and striving to continuously improve the member experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively managing and resolving member concerns, escalating serious issues to the Management team for resolution
- Providing exceptional customer service to retail operations, including the cafe and pro-shop
- Ensuring cleaning duties are completed in a safe and timely manner
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services, and promoting them to club members
- Responsible for all sales transactions
- Completing administrative tasks accurately, diligently, and promptly with consistent 5-Star customer service
- Assisting with member experience events throughout the club as needed
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience considered an asset
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a related industry (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.)
- Current CPR & First Aid certification required and must be maintained through employment
