Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Movati Athletic. As a key member of our Member Experience team, you will play a vital role in promoting outstanding customer service practices and striving to continuously improve the member experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and resolve all member concerns, escalating serious concerns to the Management team for resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retail operations (cafe and pro-shop)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services, as well as promote them to club members
  • Responsible for all sales transactions
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately, diligently, and promptly with consistent 5-Star customer service
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience, with additional certifications or workshops related to customer service strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a related industry (i.e., retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.)
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification, which must be maintained through employment
Compensation:

We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes a salary of approximately $45,000 per year, based on relevant experience, complimentary membership, free uniform, flexible scheduled hours, and ongoing training to ensure your continued growth and development.
