Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts receivable and reconcile outstanding invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies within the required time frame.
  • Document daily activities in our system and ensure compliance with credit limits.
  • Initiate and respond to customer inquiries and reconcile accounts.
  • Prepare requests for deferrals, write-offs, and credit notes, and apply existing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or technical diploma in accounting or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in a credit/commercial collection environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt in a changing context.
