Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts receivable and reconcile outstanding invoices.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies within the required time frame.
- Document daily activities in our system and ensure compliance with credit limits.
- Initiate and respond to customer inquiries and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare requests for deferrals, write-offs, and credit notes, and apply existing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- College diploma or technical diploma in accounting or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in a credit/commercial collection environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt in a changing context.
