About This Role
We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Burnaby. This role will provide business development support for all of Houle's business groups, including Electrical Service and Projects and Technologies.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide business development support for all of Houle's business groups, including Electrical Service and Projects and Technologies
- Schedule, record, and manage meeting information and documents
- Research potential sales leads and opportunities, and create outreach plans
- Coordinate and prepare presentation materials
- Document leads and organize client meetings
- Maintain CRM entries and sales activities reports
Your Experience and Skills
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing/Sales, or equivalent
- 2 years of work experience in a customer service, sales, or business development role
- Solid computer skills (MS Office, MS Dynamics CRM)
- Knowledge of principles and practices of business, customer service, sales
- Able to manage multiple projects and organize tasks
- Have a sense of urgency, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary, and entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent people skills, proven team player, and able to work independently
- Adaptable and goal-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range
$50,000-$65,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and overall match to the position offered.
