We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd.

Job Description

The primary role of this position is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office activities
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks efficiently
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

This is a temporary position with a variable schedule, typically requiring 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and have access to reliable transportation. Public transportation may not be readily available.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development.
