Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Specialist to join our team at JIL Cleaning Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, as well as coordinate travel arrangements and book hotel rooms as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
