Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

FUTURE GEN COMMUNICATIONS is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze market trends and customer behavior
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve product and service-related problems
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Urban area work setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliability and team player
Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Office skills
  • Telecommunications equipment and services experience
