We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team at Super 8 Athabasca. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, handling all necessary paperwork and communication.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Telephone and Messaging: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements: No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Will train. Work Term: Permanent. Work Language: English. Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
