Wound Care Specialist

At Bayshore HealthCare, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wound Care Specialist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive wound management services to our clients.
About the RoleThis is a full-time day position with flexibility for weekends and evenings. You will be working in Hamilton, Ontario, and will be required to have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in wound care management, preferably with experience in developing and implementing wound care programs in a hospital or community setting.
- Certification as a Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC).
- Two years of previous experience in visiting nursing, with a focus on wound care management.
- Current CPR certification.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes company-sponsored health and dental insurance, a retirement savings plan with company contributions, paid orientation and training, and opportunities for career development within Bayshore HealthCare.
