About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team at Derry Village Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative support to our chiropractors and physiotherapists, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists
  • Follow through on treatment programs with patients and position them for treatments
  • Set up and dismantle equipment, clean and maintain it, and assist with patient health education
  • Process claims, maintain supplies, and assist with physical examinations
  • Perform general clerical duties, process files and paperwork, and schedule appointments
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
  • Order supplies and equipment
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in an urban area, on-site at our office
