About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team at Derry Village Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Centre. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists
  • Process claims and maintain accurate records
  • Perform general clerical duties, including scheduling appointments and managing supplies
  • Assist with physical examinations and patient health education
  • Work collaboratively with the chiropractor and other support staff to ensure excellent patient care
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in an urban area and in an office setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
