We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Maharaja in Mission Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
