Job Overview
Southlake Regional Health Centre is a leading healthcare provider in northern York Region and southern Simcoe County. As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient flow.

Salary: $104,500 - $142,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient-centered care within the scope of nursing practice, utilizing the three-factor framework of the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care for complex patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient plans, evaluating their effectiveness
• Contribute to the orientation and preceptorship of new staff members and students
• Model best practices and champion safe care delivery
• Take charge of coordinating patient care in assigned areas

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Three to five years of critical care nursing experience
• Ability to interpret 12-lead ECGs
• Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation
• Recent experience in cardiac catheterization labs or procedural areas preferred
• Ability to use Cath Lab computer documentation
• Excellent physical assessment skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and public relations skills
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork, patient flow, and quality improvement
