We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality, including preparation, presentation, and serving.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
