Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Dhabba on the Falls is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
