**Compensation Package**

**Job Description**

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Leading and coordinating project teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
  • Tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on project status to senior leadership.
  • Maintaining accurate records, tracking key performance indicators, and making data-driven decisions to inform project improvements.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, or a relevant healthcare discipline.
  • At least 7 years of recent experience in project management, with expertise in facilitating consultation processes and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a complex interdisciplinary environment.
  • Experience with quality improvement methodology, change management, and chronic disease management is highly desirable.
