Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechandise Return and Authorization Specialist to join our team in Carp, Ontario. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in handling customer requests, managing material processing, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process and manage returns, replacements, and repairs efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to prepare shipping documents and ensure timely delivery.
  • Create quotations, sales orders, and process purchase orders accurately.
  • Set up intercompany sales orders for returns and repairs as required.
  • Review and action monthly quotes, return follow-ups, and weekly reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office 365, and Major ERP Systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record in returns, procurement, and logistics coordination.
