Job Overview
Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with data science and analytics teams to develop business solutions.

About the Role
This is a full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week. The salary range is between $55,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively. Responsibilities include:
• Analyzing business requirements and developing data-driven solutions
• Working with data science teams to design and implement analytics projects
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Providing data analysis and insights to inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining databases and data systems

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in data science and analytics. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have experience working with databases and data systems. Preferred qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Experience working with data science tools and technologies such as Hadoop, Tableau, and Splunk
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
