About the Role:

The Data Analytics Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data analytics solutions to support business growth and improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Lead the analysis of complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage and develop a high-performing team of data analysts and scientists to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Change Management: Drive cultural change within the organization by promoting a data-driven culture and fostering a sense of innovation and experimentation.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of data analysts and scientists.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being an asset.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
