Job Summary

E & J Supply Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
  4. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  6. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  1. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
