Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill a permanent full-time Anatomical Pathology position in our centre. The successful applicant must be eligible for an academic appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Professor at the University of Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellence in surgical pathology diagnostic clinical practice with a subspecialty focus in Gastrointestinal Pathology.
  • Participate in frozen section diagnosis, after-hours call and the autopsy service.
  • Contribute to the academic mission of the Department, via participation in collaborative research, undergraduate teaching and residency training programs.
Requirements
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in the province of Ontario.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Anatomic, Clinical or General Pathology.
  • Fellowship training or demonstrated subspecialty expertise/commitment is strongly favoured.
