Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of the FP&A team, you will support Sunwing Vacations leadership and functional project teams with financial and operational insights. You will build and maintain forecast and budgeting models, communicate with business partners, and present financial results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and operational insights to support business decisions
  • Build and maintain forecast and budgeting models for Sunwing Vacations business
  • Communicate with business partners to understand changes in the operating environment
  • Present financial results to stakeholders, including revenue and expense variance analysis
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, highlighting relevant risks and opportunities
  • Partner with Accounting to understand the financial impact of accounting entries and policy choices
Requirements
  • Completion of a postsecondary degree in Commerce or Business Administration
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis roles
  • Ability to provide keen insight to business partners to drive meaningful business decisions
  • Extensive experience with financial analysis and modelling, including sensitivity and scenario analysis
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, organized, and thorough
  • Ability to analyze business results and identify key issues
  • Excel proficiency and experience with financial systems
