
Sales Team Lead

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise sales growth across North America. As the leader of a dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering new business sales and building a pipeline of Enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering new business sales in line with our overall business strategy
- Building a pipeline of Enterprise clients through business development and networking opportunities
- Managing a sales pipeline through our CRM, working closely with the Director of Sales, North America and Global Sales Director to enable successful wins
- Sharing market feedback with product owners
- Providing day-to-day support to other members of the team
- Ensuring Salesforce is kept up-to-date and accurate in line with KPIs
- Collaborating with the Marketing Department to identify campaigns and Sales collateral to present to new prospects
Requirements
- 6+ years of direct enterprise or mid-market sales experience
- Proven experience leading and inspiring a high performing sales team
- Strong business development skills in new sectors and markets, particularly in USA
- Experience in selling SaaS products
- Strong knowledge of technology and facility in adopting and teaching new technical workflows
- Strong presentation skills, both oral and written
