**Job Description**

We're looking for an experienced Enablement Lead - Sales Development Team to join our team at Twilio. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing enablement programs that drive SDR performance and engagement.

You'll work closely with SDR leadership to understand their needs and develop targeted enablement initiatives to accelerate learning and productivity. Your expertise in SDR processes, project management, and relationship-building will be crucial in driving measurable improvements in SDR productivity.

**Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enablement programs.
  • Develop, execute, and tailor impactful enablement programs based on SDR performance gaps.
  • Equip SDRs with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Own and manage the SDR onboarding program, including live-trainings for new hires.

**Qualifications**

  • 3+ years of experience in an GTM Enablement role.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative and familiarity with a heavy 'outbound' motion or workflow.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as CommonRoom and other outbounding tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LeadIQ.
