Job Overview

The Events Operator Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of catering and premium services. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Train and guide staff on job duties, food safety, and customer service
  • Set up work areas according to guest requests and Aramark standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, including replenishment of products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate guests' needs
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a supervisor in a related role is preferred
  • Previous experience as a server or in a food service role is required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may also be required.
