As the Bakery Department Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our bakery department, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop a high-performing bakery team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  2. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  3. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  5. Monitor department performance, analyzing data to inform budgeting and financial decisions

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in bakery management or a related food service role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management
  2. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety standards, and inventory management
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers
