About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Administration Coordinator to join our team at Kilo Freight System Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and administering policies related to record releases under government legislation. They will also assemble data, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, perform data entry, train staff, and plan and control budget expenditures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative position. You should also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work term of 30-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a public transportation-friendly location and communicate effectively in English.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $43,000-$50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
