Restaurant General Manager

At Tim Hortons, we are looking for a talented Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, while also providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of restaurant staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures that ensure high-quality customer service and maximize sales
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we are always stocked with the right products, at the right time
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed
- Customer Focus: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers leave our restaurant feeling satisfied and valued
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, and reliability
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and attention to detail
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster, and supports them with foreign credential recognition
- Support for Youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth, and develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
