Staffing Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Officer to join our team at Swis Recruitment & Employment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify Staffing Requirements: Analyze current and prospective staffing needs to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Screen Applicants: Collect and evaluate candidate applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Advise Job Applicants: Provide guidance to applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions.
  • Review Candidate Inventories: Assess and prioritize candidate pools to ensure the best fit for available positions.
  • Coordinate Selection Boards: Participate in the evaluation and selection process for candidates.
  • Notify Applicants: Communicate results of the selection process and prepare job offers as necessary.
  • Supervise Personnel Clerks: Oversee the work of personnel clerks in filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position
  • English language
  • 40 hours per week
