Job Title: Staffing Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Staffing Officer to join our team at Swis Recruitment & Employment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
  • Recruit and hire staff

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
