Job Summary:

The Guest Services Specialist at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key responsibilities include generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention in adherence to Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and meet sales targets
  • Conduct housekeeping and maintain a clean store environment
  • Merchandise and display products effectively
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support Store Management Team in achieving business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 17
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
